GNETiX provides an AI-powered operations platform that enables teams to interact with infrastructure, databases, APIs, and other systems through natural language via enterprise messaging tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Webex. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of any data you submit to or process through the Services (“Your Data”). You grant us a limited license to use Your Data solely to provide and improve the Services. We handle Your Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GNETiX and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GNETiX operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
